Financial Support
Limited funds are available to provide financial aid for students and participants from countries where sufficient financial support is difficult to obtain. The aid will normally be provided as a refund of the conference registration fee. Additional support may be given in special cases on request.
- Deadline for the application :
- April 27 (Fri), 2018
- Notification of the application result:
- around June 1 (Fri), 2018
- Registration first and obtain your Registration ID which is necessary for the abstract submission.
- Submit your abstract and obtain your Submission ID which is necessary for the Financial Support application.
- Download the Application Form below, and submit the filled Form as an e-mail attached file to the Organizing Committee <qfs2018-support@kelvin.phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp> by April 27, 2018.
- In the subject line, write "Application: <your Submission ID > ", e.g. "Application: QFS20180###".
- If you are a student, download the Recommendation Form below and ask your supervisor to send the filled Form to the same address shown above by May 4, 2018.
- In the subject line, write "Recommendation:
